Q: Can I request modifications to the rental property to accommodate my needs?

Any modifications or alterations to the property must be approved by the landlord in writing before proceeding.

Cosmetic changes, such as painting, may require landlord approval. Decorations and picture hanging guidelines may be included in the lease agreement. Please consult with us before making any modifications.

Q: How often do you conduct property inspections during the lease term?

Inspections are necessary to ensure that you continue to live in a safe and well-cared-for home. We typically conduct periodic property inspections to ensure the property's condition and address any maintenance needs.

Q: How much is the security deposit, and when will I get it back after moving out?

The security deposit amount varies per property, and it's typically returned within a specific timeframe after move-out, minus any deductions for damages. The security deposit and rent can be paid through your tenant portal using electronic bank transfer, cashier's check, or money order.
